This is something inspired by a bunch of different things. Mainly it's inspired by an amalgam of nightmares I've had awhile ago. I often have visits from the old hag, sleep paralysis and the like. Usually it's some spooky being peering down at me.

I had another dream in which a person was being warped and transformed, and it was like they were made of clay. Like if you made a sculpture of a person and mooshed them up real good to start making something else.

I've also been listening to certain music that's helped shaped the mood. Been listening to a fair bit of Radiohead, Boards of Canada () The Kronos Quartet and an album I bought purely on a whim. It's called Tomorrow in Year by The Knife and it's a very atmospheric opera based on Chuck Darwin and The Origin of the Species. Colouring of Pigeons caught my interest in particular.
